1/13/17 Labor-Management Meeting
While the Labor-Management Meeting was not a contract negotiation session both sides got many issues on the table for consideration. There were 7 Local 4 IN/KY Executive Council members and 13 IMCA contractors (including 4 IMCA Board Members) in attendance.
2/17/17 Contract Negotiation Meeting
Representatives of BAC Local 4 IN/KY, the IMCA Board and IMCA member contractors met for 3 hours to discuss potential language changes to the Statewide Uniform Agreement. Many issues were presented on both sides and both sides left with homework for the next meeting, which will be on 3/17/17 at the Indianapolis Union Hall.
